I was craving cookies last night.
And also I saw a recipe on the internet.
The recipe was called checkerboard cookies.
The pictures looked so pretty and the methods did not look hard at all.
So last night I tried to make the cookie.
No,.. it did not turn out the way it was supposed to be.
SO..at the end I just made the dough into other shapes instead of checkerboard

I did it!!
I tried to make bread today.
And I made it.
I've tried baking buns last week but the result was not that great.
This time I found this Oatmeal Bread online.
Here it is!

Ingredients:
* 1 cup rolled oats
* 1 cup boiling water
* 1/2 cup scaled whole milk
* 1/2 tablespoon canola oil
* 1/3 cup molasses( can add some honey)
* 1/6 cup white sugar
* 1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 tablesppon salt

Directions:
1. In a large bowl pour the boiling water over the rolled oats. Add the scaled milk and stir.
Pour in the oil and molasses, Stir.
2. In a separate bowl mix the sugar with the yeast and 1 cup of flour. Then add to the oatmeal
mixture. Add salt and remaining flour. Keaned dough for 6~10 minutes. Place the dough in a
covered greased bowl and let rise until doubled ( approx. 1 + 1/2 hours)
3. Punch the dough down. Knead for 3 mins, and place into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Cover
pans and let rise until almost doubled in sized.
4. Bake in a preheated 350 degreeF(175degreeC) oven for 1 hour, or until nicely browned. Let
the loaves cool on a rack. Remove loaves from pan. Done! Enjoy!
