«¡¡Sprit of composing ¡ÈHaiku¡É and manufacturing products
Our chief lecturer Dr. Koibuchi often says, ¡ÈYou should observe things at the place of production. If you observe them, they will give you answers. It¡Çs not that you merely see, but you need to observe.¡É To observe with affection is exactly the sprit of ¡ÈHaiku¡É composition. Haiku is a style of a Japanese short poem to express everything in only 17 letters with a rhythm of 5, 7 and 5. In composing a Haiku, you need to reduce uselessness completely. You obtain a renewed excitement after accomplishing the task of reducing uselessness to the maximum. In order to foster the spirit of expressing the essence of a thing straightforwardly with excitement, we recommend younger people to study Haiku, and we periodically hold ¡ÉKukai¡É (Meetings for Haiku) composition as well.
