How do I get back into my site if I lost my ID/ Password?
If you lost your ID/ Password, visit http://www.prowealthsolutions.com and click on the button below the log in area that says, Sign-In Help. Your ID/ Password will be emailed to the email address listed in your account.file.

How do I change my personal information?
All fields that appear on your site are self-editable. Click on User and Billing Info on the left side menu in your ProWealthSOLUTIONS system. Edit a field and click the Save Changes button to update your info.

How do I change my website URL?
You can change your website URL by clicking on the User and Billing Info link to edit the User Name field. Click the Save Changes button when you are finished editing this field.

Use a alpha or a combination of alpha and numerical characters in this field.
Your user name can not be all numerical characters.
Do not use spaces and symbols.


Why do I receive pre-enrollee emails asking me to upgrade when I have already become a member?
If you signed up several times as a pre-enrollee or you have another pre-enrollee account under another enroller, you will receive emails from that pre-enrollee account.

If the email address on the pre-enrollee email you are receiving is "not" listed in your member account use the opt-out link at the bottom of the email to stop receiving emails. If the email address on the email "is" listed in your member account send an email to ProWealthSOLUTIONS Support to close the pre-enrollee account.

Please include the ID or email address of the pre-enrollee account that needs to be inactivated when you email ProWealthSOLUTIONS Support.

What do I need to do first to make sure I will receive future commission payments?
Select My Earnings on the left side menu to select a payment option.

Where do I enter my personal information to receive payment for my earned commissions?
Select My Earnings on the left side menu to pick a payment option to receive your commission payment. *Only US members can use the check payment option.

If you select GlobalXChange as your payment option, you will receive an email when you have earned a commission payment of $8.00 or more that you will use to go to their website to set up your GlobalXChange account.

How do I disable my landing page pop-up feature?
Select User and Billing Info on the left side menu to disable the landing page pop-up feature.

Is there a way to change my enroller?
We can "not" change the enrollers for a pre-enrollee or member account.

We can "not" move your personal enrolled pre-enrollees and members listed in the Contact Manager from one account to another account.

Pre-enrollees will need to sign up again under the enroller they want to enroll under at our site. Members will need to email us directly to cancel their account. Members will need to sign up again as a pre-enrollee and upgrade to member under the enroller they want to be placed under at our site.

How do I change my billing information?
You can update your billing information by clicking on User and Billing Info (first link on the left side menu) in your ProWealthSolutions system. After you select User and Billing Info click on Change Card Info and update your info. Click the Save button after you are finished. Do not enter spaces in the credit card field.

What is your refund policy?
Since ProWealthSolutions members receive full access to all of our tools and training upon signing up, and since commissions are paid out immediately, we have a 3 day refund policy. After 3 days no refunds are given.

We will process your refund within 7 to 10 "business" days with the exception of Holidays.

If you use the terminate link on the User and Billing Info page, we will have a record of the date you terminated your account. We will use this date to determine if you cancelled within the 3 day refund period.

All pages must be completed when you use the terminate link to reach the final confirmation page to cancel your account.

**If you purchase your debit card at our website it can not be refunded and this is stated on the form when you place the order.


**You will not be eligible for a refund if your account is terminated for violating the Spam Policy in your account.


What payment options are available to pay for my account?
The following payment options are available to set up an account at our website.

Mastercard, Visa
Debit cards with a Mastercard and Visa logo can be entered on the Join page. If our system declines your debit card you will not be able to use it at our website.
