京都：めん馬鹿一代「炎のラーメン」 yahoo webより
ラーメンでも石焼ビビンバでもない。ごまクリームみそスパゲティと言う。
味わいのある味噌仕立てで、ラーメンに使えそうである。PCで面倒を見てくれる、又PCやる以前から、ラーメン情報で絶大の世話をしてくれた、忍者H氏が推薦する「貴族の森」のメニューにある。量は少ないが客の鼻先で熱々のスープを白筒越しにジョアジョアと、茹で上がったスパゲティの入っている石鍋に注いでくれる。中々のパフォーマンスで京都「めん馬鹿一代」の九条ねぎの上に、熱した油を注ぐラーメン屋を連想する。熱くて旨くてこりゃたまらんラーメン？いやスパゲティだ。忍者H氏が言うようにラーメン屋でも十分通用しそうである。只スープスパゲティで皿盛りじゃないのでフォークで食べるのは辛い。イタリアンに来て箸を所望するのはサマにならないので、郷に従え貴族のモリに徹したが、石鍋で食わせるなら最初から箸を用意するのが親切というもの。（パスタ好きのマダムビーズはこの日何故かドリアだった）「貴族の森」は壱萬円のコーヒーを出す店として著名。知り合いの年金オヤジが話の種に飲んだそうだが、使ったコーヒーカップを進呈してくれるそうだ。冥土の土産に格好のプレゼントだ。住まいの近くにありながら食べに来たのは始めてである。ラーメンばかり偏食しないで、たまには他の馳走も食べなきゃいけない。私は食べに来たことはなかったがオーナーが心酔？（単にファッション？）してるのかニノキン（二宮金次郎像）はフォト撮りに来たことはある。個人の好みで自宅の庭や店先、会社内にニノキンを設置しているニノキニストは珍しいことではない。以前一度オーナーに経緯を聞きたいとは思っていた。しかしニノキン追っ掛けから遠ざかること１０年余、今はどうでもいい。それより夫婦でグルメの忍者H氏に他の秘密の穴場店を教えて貰おう。It is not a Chinese noodle and porcelain bibimbap.It says sesame cream miso spaghetti.
