7/２３（月）会社は電力節約ディで休みである。労働組合が企画した、お台場
フリータイムに家族四人参加させてもらった。お台場は何回か行ってフジTVetc
見学しているので、東京のラーメン、はしご食べ歩きのプランを練った。滅多に上京出来ないので、チャンスに２～３食は厭わない。老骨に豚骨に鞭打って麺打って！○1新宿　はな火屋。○2品川　麺達　ラーメンテーマパーク。
○3西日暮里　彦龍。自由散策およそ８h.結果は○1はな火屋と○4お台場ラーメン
国技館“豆天狗”の二食に終わった。
元々プラン３食を遮二無二食べる気はない。気分は♪ケセラセラであり、行雲流水である。最初のはな火屋はやはり夏は花火。私の着ていったTシャツも花火。どぉ～～んと爆発したラーメンを期待して入ったわけだ。新宿小滝橋通りは最近激戦区の様相を呈していて、私が食べた麺屋武蔵あり、もちもちの木あり、食べようとしている蒙古タンメン中本や古武士もある。しかし今日はどうしても花火屋を打ち上げたい。味はしょっぱめだが漸次焦がし葱と調和してまろやかになる。自家製？の麺の喉越しがモヤシのシャキシャキと融合、リズミカルに頬張れる。チャーシューはとろけ、中盛２００gが最初は多いかと思われたが、魔法のようにすんなり食べ終えた。驚いたのはマダムビーズで２２５gある普通盛のつけめんを、「多い、多い、」と呪文のように唱え、私より早く食べ終わり、ケロッとしていた。今まで食べたつけめんの中で一番だと、太鼓判を腹鼓を叩いて打った。はな火屋の平日サービスはラーメン普通１５０g、中２００g、大２２５g、つけめん普通２２５g、大３００gが同料金。平日としては激戦区の中で繁盛していたようだ。○4は集合にまだ時間があったので、欲のついでに食べた。これが思わぬ僥倖を生んだ。値段は高かったが文句を言わせぬ旨さだった。かつおだしで細麺。鶏油とスープが二層に分かれアッチィ！ウンメェ!完食!重ね醤油で創業６０年秘伝の味そのまま。さすが匠の里、手抜きのない“Zeppin”の味だった。○2についてはその所業、ラーメンテーマパーク荒らしの
の如し。道場荒らしの形相で各地のテーマパークでラーメンを食い散らして来た。新横浜ラーメン博物館を皮切りに、ラーメン国技館（大大）、渋谷麺喰い国〔Keiz〕,大宮ラーメンアカデミー（鏡花）、ラー戦場（本間桂介の中華そば）
池袋ラーメン名作座（福助）、イオン佐野らーめんろまんかん（むつみ屋）・・
大阪まで飛んで浪花麺だらけ（山桜花）　近年テーマパークは隙間風吹いて芳しくないらしい。ラーメンが旨すぎるだけに寂しい。味の悪さが敬遠されているのではなく、安易な企画に集客が見込めないだけなのだ。○3の彦龍については拙文“ハンカチお○じ”のブログで書いたとおり、日本一まずいラーメン屋ということになっている。しかし店主は商売人でブログも書けば本も出す。ラーメンも不味くできれば、客も行列を為す。そんな実態を覗いてみようと思ったが、次の機会に。
第一、わざわざ不味く作るラーメンを金を出して食うのは理に合わない。前代未聞の破廉恥であり、話のタネに喰うにしても、今話題騒然１００％食チューゴクの食品を思い浮かべ、この珍商売に腹が立って来て腹が減らない。そんなラーメン金出して食えるか！同じ食えるか！でもこんな話もある。

モネ展・刀削・六本木：文章編

昨年「おふくろさん」で物議をかもした森進一の歌に「盛り場ブルース」というのがある。♪渋谷、新宿、池袋♪～　♪銀座、赤坂、六本木♪それぞれ盛り場を歌詞に取り入れている。前者は在京中よく出掛けたが後者にはほとんど出掛けたことがなかった。高級感を漂わす雰囲気と非大衆的な匂いが、一歩踏み込めない要因だろうが、一番の要因はJR沿線でないことが大きい。JRパスを持っていると地下鉄に乗るのは経済的に負担が大きい。遊びはJR沿線上になるのは必然的だ。浅草が廃れた原因もJR沿線でないことが取り上げられるが、後者に乗降客が少ないのも昔と変わらない。日比谷線六本木駅に初めて降り立った。国立新美術館開館に伴い「モネ展」のチケットが手に入ったからである。
印象派の絵画に興味はないが、浮世絵コレクター・モネの「睡蓮」位は知っている。東京ミッドタウン、六本木ヒルズ、青山墓地まで視界に入れて、小田実よろしく「なんでも見てやろう」だったが、期待ははずれた。
特に青山墓地はゲゲゲの鬼太郎になって、文化人・小説家の墓地を「みんな見てやろう」と思ったが、マダムビーズが「当分入る予定はないし、気味が悪い」
と敬遠し、「まだだが、やがては入る」下検分に私は見たかった。25年前、高野山墓場ツアの武将観光ガイドの名調子が頭に残っていた。外国では墓場ツアは結構人気があるという。日本は宗教上からか好む人が少ない。桜シーズンは仏と娑婆人で満員になると言うから、その時来よう。一人で。
この後は日本TV「ぶらり途中下車の旅」の様相を呈す。墓場を起点に揺り籠渋谷まで揺れた歩いた～～揺れた歩いた～～、足が棒ならぬ頭がボゥーとなった。ウロウロ歩いていると思わぬ発見をしたり、微笑む出会いに遭遇もする。麺屋武蔵の青山店の前を通った。伝説の人ともなった山田雄さんは、こんな立地条件の悪い所から出発したのか・・・。３：００頃で行列はなかったが満席だった。神宮球場の前を通ると、ナイター直前の最下位争いチームの行列に出くわした。ファンの盛り上がりは低迷を象徴する如く、紳士的でさえあった。古田も岡田もこのファン達の意気消沈を、しかと見ておく必要がある。その球場の前に一匹の放し飼いの犬がいた。近くに禿頭のおじさんがいてマダムビーズが「可愛い！！」とお世辞を言うと「もう、おばあさんなんです。」見れば歩き疲れた私達と同じ、
ゼンマイ仕掛けのようにカタカタ歩き、ピンクのスプレーを引っ掛けられたマルチーズがいた。１７歳の高齢で確かに繋ぐ必要がないほど、四足もおぼついていなかった。同士と別れて、千駄ヶ谷に来るとフリーマーケットをやっていた。１００ブース位あって丁度店仕舞いするとこだった。閉店大サービス中だったが、歩きで荷物抱えるのも難儀なので買うのはパスした。神宮外苑の巨木ポプラ並木を関心しながら、R246渋谷へ向かった。二人合わせて百歳越える夫婦は、こうしてやっと渋谷東急ハンズに着いた。今回肝心要のラーメンは二食した。上野刀削麺と渋谷唐そば。刀削麺は長年の希望でやっと口に入った。中国で麺点師の国家資格を持っていないと出来ない技で、食べると食感がいい。
小麦粉でも強力粉なのか、それに他の粉を混ぜているのか、変にベロベロしないし、モチモチして喉越しこの上ない。思ったより長めでこの店では女の人が削っていたが、TVで見た麺点師は長さがもっと短か目だった。長いとうどんのようにズルズル食べるが、短いと一口で食えそう。どっちがいいか？マダムビーズは野菜豊富な刀削麺を食べたが、こちらは味がはっきりしない、マニアは味がぼやけているという、ドロドロしてない煮ぼうとを食べるようだった。
やはり肉類が入らないと麺類は濃くがない。唐そばは創業昭和34年、福岡から渋谷に出店する親子ストーリーは、昔TVで見ていたので思い浮かべながら食べて、感慨深いものがあった。あっさりトンコツラーメンで関東人でも食べやすい。モヤシかキクラゲをゴマ油で炒めた？香りがスープに漂う。いかんせんスープのぬるいのは私には気に入らない。明日からの夜の散歩に備えて、十二分

王さんもユニホームを穿かず、ホームラン打ったことがある！？

三越の王貞治展と江戸博のクレムリン・エッグを見て来た。王さんの表彰展示品は膨大で改めて世界の王貞治を認識させた。また三越では「味と技の大江戸展」が開催中で生の落語やマジックショーも見聞出来て、お得な一日だった。三越本店（日本橋）は初めて来たが店員の物腰が柔らか、休憩の椅子もたくさんあり、試食品も微量でなくケチケチしたところが皆無だった。クレムリン展は社会主義国の時、北の脅威で緊張を強いられる、ベールに包まれた得体の知れない国だったが高い文化の歴史を誇っていた。クレムリンと聞くと外観メルヘンチックな御伽の国の建物と思ってしまうが、中々どうして宗教色の色濃い内装に仕上がっていて、ちょっと驚きだった。
今日の狙いはもう一つ。言わずと知れた麺食い稼業。今回は新宿麺屋武蔵。３～４年前一度並んだことがあるが炎天下で止めた。バカらしいが昔中野青葉、川越頑者etc一時間以上待って食べたことがある。時間の無駄遣いこの上ない。たかがラーメン、されどラーメン、並ぶンヤダけど。噂のサンマ干し、味玉ラーメン（こってり）￥８３０旨かった。「まんだら屋」トビ魚干しラーメンに双肩。まだまだ桜鯛、海老、鮎・・・魚系旨いラーメン目白押し・・・。マダムビーズが制止するのを振り切ってスープ完食。４：００に並び５：００には「ごちそうさま」切れることのない常時行列店でも、この位の待ちなら許せる。系列店上野「武骨」は入ったことがある。弟子が溢れて支店がやたら増えて来た。
