沖縄島の東部沿岸、辺野古・大浦湾地域は、日本にわずか十数頭ほどしか生息していない絶滅危惧種ジュゴンの、最後の生息海域です。WWFジャパンを含めた日本の複数の自然保護団体は、2006年から共同で「2010年を国際ジュゴン年にしよう」と呼びかけ、ジュゴンとその生息環境の保全を求めるキャンペーンを展開してきました。いよいよ2010年、「国際ジュゴン年」が始まりました。
絶滅の危機にある自国のトラを密猟から守るため、インド政府は新しいウェブサイト「タイガーネット」を立ち上げました。このサイトは、保護区のレンジャーなどが、トラの密猟や保護に関する情報を記録・共有するためのもので、透明性が高い確実な情報を、保護活動に役立てることを目的としたものです。 |

ここでもクジラと泳げるようです。 今年の候補！ ニウエを訪問する旅行者は限られており、それだけに航空便数も少なく、運航日は旅行の直前に確認する必要がある。 ニウエには、かつてロイヤル・トンガ航空が２つのルートで乗り入れていたが、現在は運行していない。 現在ニュージーランドからの便は、金曜日の22時00分にオークランドを出発し、日付変更線を越え約３時間40分のフライトの後、同日の01時40分にハナン国際空港に到着する。逆に、金曜日の02時40分にニウエを出発すると、オークランドには翌土曜日の06時35分の到着となる。目下のところ、ニウエに行くにはこのニュージーランド航空が唯一利用可能なルートである。 |

This allows the experienced diver as well as the unqualified beginner the chance to see seldom glimpsed shark’s up close and in a safe environment. The dives take place in a variety of offshore locations which are selected on each day to offer you the best chance to see sharks. Bait is used to attract the sharks up close to the cage and the sharks then often approach to within an arms length or closer. The primary target species are the magnificent shortfin mako (closest relative and very similar in appearance to a great white), blue sharks and copper sharks, locally known as bronze whalers. On all of our shark dives a host of other marine wildlife may be encountered including whales, dolphins, seals, sunfish, tuna and an unmatched variety of sea birds including albatross and penguins. This trip is therefore NOT purely a shark dive but rather an opportunity for you to see a variety of different animals in CONJUNCTION to seeing or diving with the sharks. For the guest who wants to have an all round marine wildlife experience and at the same time still enjoy the thrill of seeing sharks up close then this is a trip we really recommend 6.30am to 3/4pm weather permitting. ご存知の方も多いと思いますが、今年の7月22日に上海からトカラ劣等〜北硫黄島海域で皆既日食が見られます。 自分が生きている間に見れる最後の皆既日食だと勝手に思ってました。 一応、小笠原行きを狙っていますが運次第です。抽選に外れたら次の機会を考えようかな。上海に行くのも悪くないけどね。 2012.05.21 金環日食 これは日本で見れます。チャンスです。まだきっと生きていますｗ 2015.03.20 皆既日食 スヴァｒバードで見れます… 2035.09.02 皆既日食 生きてるかな… 以下で各地での食が見れます。 |
