個人輸入トラブル｡｡｡

先日、4G3の飛行調整中に、ちょー墜落いたしましてゴッソリとパーツが必要になり送料含めても海外から購入した方が安く＆テールをブラシレスにするべくアメリカのwowhobbies（http://wowhobbies.com/）へWalkera純正パーツ＆2.9gブラシレステールキットを注文して約1週間で到着しました。

到着後、箱の中身を確認するとメインの2.9gブラシレステール一式が入ってません！Walkera純正パーツのみだけ･･･

でしたのでソッコーでwowhobbiesにメールを送りました。

1日目
メール①（wowhobbies宛）
An order number: #**** articles arrived today, but ordered it when they could open the box which arrived and inspected it： 4G3 Brushless Tail Kit, 2.9g BL motor, tail ESC, V-shape carbon stand/tail holder, motor clamp/ connector, instructions(Also works on Novus CP) ! Only Tail kit V-shape 2.9g motor, holder & WK-ESC 1 dollar 74.95 dollars 74.95 did not enter! It is any kind of thing?

補足：んーーー。梱包したとの一点張りな様子･･･。しかも届いた荷物の伝票を見ると重さは未記入ぢゃん！
それと発送時・郵便局持ち込み時の重さうんたらと言ってたので追メールでそん時の重さをおしえてくれと送ってみました。
同じコトを繰り返しだしたのでココでメールの送付方法を変えて様子みます。

ココからショップ直接にメールを送るのではなく支払いに使用したPaypalの今回の支払いに対しての意義申し立てでメールのやり取りに変更しました。第三者に記録残るしお互いに解決に至らない時はPeypal側が調査することもあるそうなので。

13日目

The thing which arrived had it of 98g with me with buffering materials and a box and an envelope.
Please compare it with the load which you sent.

Please understand next time when you open the package and if something is missing, you have to sent the complete original packaging and all items back untouch. Our weight system is very accurate and so is the inventory and when package is returned, everything can match. So the tail kit has been mailed today ************* which will track until the US Post office receipt.
