ニュージーランドの最高級ジャムをオークションに出品してみました。

僕はニュージーランドの田舎町にホームステイしていて、ハウスメイトのメアリーさんと共同で食べ物を買っているのですが。
ジャムは最高級のAnathothというメーカのものを今まで3つ買いました。
で、メアリーさんがAnathothのウェブサイト

でチェックしていたところ、どうやら日本では販売されていないことを発見。
そこで僕は思いました。
じゃ、試しにオークションに出してみるかと。
送料が結構かかるけど（爆）。
それでもほしい人、いるかなー。
僕らが買った中でも3つのジャムのうち、BlackCurrantという種類は本物の実がそのまま多数入っていて、香りが最高、酸味も少々効いている。

ブラックカラントは日本語ではクロスグリ（黒酸塊）です。
ビタミンCやアントシアニンが豊富。
イギリス、ヨーロッパ、イギリス連邦諸国では、クロスグリの風味を加えたり、干した果実を加えたクッキーなどの菓子が多数存在する。
子供向けの健康飲料として販売されていたりもする。

ネルソンにラズベリー畑を持っている。
ネルソンはニュージーランド南島の北部にある都市。

ニュージーランドについて

現在ニュージーランドでは、毎年約8千トンものブラックカラントを生産しています。
2002年アメリカ農業省の発表により、多くのビタミンやミネラル、がアメリカ産のものよりも多いことが分かっています。
ニュージーランド穀物食料研究所のキャロラインリスター博士の調査によると他国で生産されたものよりもポリフェノールが多く含まれています。
また、ブラックカラントの栽培面積は1970年には22ヘクタールでしたが、1995年には727ヘクタールに拡大したことからも、ニュージーランドのブラックカラントが広まっていることが分かります。

個人的な体験からの感想

私は語学の勉強のため、ニュージーランドでホームステイをしています。

ハウスメイトのメアリーさんがこのジャムを愛用しています。
スーパーでは普通のジャムは100円台で買えますが、このジャムは約390円です。
3倍近くの値段ですが、僕らはこのAnathothのジャムを3種類買って食べてみました。
ブラックカラントの他にストロベリーとマーマレードを試しましたが、ブラックカレントが他2つよりも最高の出来だったためオススメしたいと思い、出品しました。

メアリーさんのアドバイスによると、3つの条件が揃うことが大切です。
・良いジャム
・良いクリーム
・良いスコーン
Anathothを使って、クリームをホイップし（クリームは甘くしないでプレーンのままにして下さい）、スコーンはSultanaスコーン（乾燥した白ぶどうが入っている）かDateスコーン（ナツメヤシの実が入っている）を揃えます。
メアリーさん曰く「この3つが揃うと、最高の午後の時間を過ごせるのよ」だそうです。

食べる際には、スコーンをオーブンで焦がさないように温めてからナイフで横に半分に切ります。
それからクリームとジャムを切った面に均等にぬります。

メアリーさんはいつも食べる際には豆から引いたコーヒーも用意しています。

最近の食事の写真inニュージー

1枚目の写真の目玉焼きは、メアリーさん独特の作り方。
フライパンに水をたくさん入れて、ビネガーをちょっと入れる。
そして卵を入れて熱するだけ。
日本にもこのやり方はあるのかもだけど、僕は見たことがなかったなあ、日本では。
目玉焼きよりもつるんとした食感の目玉焼き（？）ができあがります。

2枚目。
最高級ジャムを2つも同時に買ってしまった！ ＾＾
普通のジャムは100円台からあるけれど、このジャムは1個400円以上！
びびるねー。
確かに味も香りも良い、と思う。。
これは、午後の紅茶に使います。
メアリーさんが言うには、
良いジャム、良いスコーン、良いクリーム
がそろうと、すばらしい午後の紅茶になるそうです。
この前それをやりましたが、実際に最高な午後の時間となりました。

7枚目周辺。
カレーにチャレンジ。
他のブロガーの方々よりアドバイスを頂き、小麦粉を入れたり、あらかじめタマネギとカレー粉を炒めておいたりしました。
あと、ネットで調べたら僕の使っているカレー粉「VENCAT CURRY」を使ったレシピが載っていたので、それを参考に牛乳をちょっと入れてみたりしました。
牛乳を入れた直後はかなり不吉な色になりましたが、＾＾；
最終的にはおいしいカレーとなりました。
もうちょっと混ぜればよかったな。。。
肉の代わりに豚肉の骨を入れたので、その図体が大きく、かき混ぜられなかったんですよ。
そのせいか、あまーい場所とからーい場所にすっかり分かれてしまいました。^^

9枚目。
ウェストポートにメアリーさんと一緒に行った時の朝食です。
日本人女性が普段はウェイターとして働いているんですが、この日はいなかった。。。
この前うちに遊びに来たんですけどねえ〜〜。
ベーグルとカフェラテを頼みました。
5回飲み物を飲むと1回無料になるというカードを持っているのですが、２つたまった。。。
あと３つだ♪

11枚目。
レシピ無しでトマトソースのパスタにチャレンジしてみようという狙い。
んー、やっぱりあんまりうまくいかなかった。。^^;
味が薄い感じがしました。
そしてソースのドロドロ感が足りないなあ〜。
やっぱりレシピを見なきゃですね。

13枚目。
今、コレを食べた直後です。
ベーコン、卵、野菜のサンドイッチ。
満腹です。




A recent meal

The fried egg of the first piece photograph is Mary unique how to make.
I put a lot of water in a frying pan and put vinegar a little.
And I put an egg and heat it.
This way はあるのかもだけど, I look in Japan; in たことがなかったなあ, Japan.
A fried egg of a feeling of fried egg きよりもつるんとした food（?） But, it is completed.

The second piece.
I have bought two highest grade jam at the same time! Though there is the jam of the ^^ normal from 100 yen level; this one jam more than 400 yen!
びびるねー.
I surely think that both the taste and the fragrance are good. .
I use this for the tea of the afternoon.
It seems to be it in the tea in the splendid afternoon so that good jam, a good scone, good cream bend so that Mary says.
I did it, but it was really time of the best afternoon last time.

The seventh piece outskirts.
I challenge curry.
I had advice than other bloggers and put wheat flour and fried an onion and curry powder beforehand.
Oh, I put milk in reference to it a little because the recipe that used curry powder "VENCAT CURRY" which I used if I examined it in a net appeared.
Poured milk; is considerably ominous just after that; became colored it,; but ,^^;
I finally became the delicious curry.
You should have mixed it a little more. . .
Because I put a bone of the pork in substitution for meat, the body was not stirred greatly.
I have been completely divided into the result or the あまーい place とからーい place. ^^

The ninth piece.
It is breakfast when it went to Westport with Mary.
A Japanese woman usually worked as a waiter, but there was not it on that day. . .
Though came to the house to play last time; older sister - ...
I ordered a bagel and caffe latte.
I had a card to become free of charge once, but 2 collected five times when they took drink. . .
It is 3 more♪

The eleventh piece.
An aim to challenge the pasta of the tomato source without a recipe.
After all んー did not go well very much. . ^^;
Taste felt thin.
And the muddy feeling of the source is insufficient.
After all watch a recipe; なければですね.

The thirteenth piece.
Ate this now; is just after it.
Bacon, an egg, the sandwich of vegetables.
I am full.

自宅の裏庭で雑誌の撮影をやっていました。

僕はニュージーランドの田舎に住んでいて、そこには変わった人たちが割りとたくさんいます。

僕が台所で卵を焼いていると、その窓の向こうで2人が撮影をしているのが見えたのです。

When I roasted an egg in a kitchen, I saw that two people photographed it at the other side of the window.

ウェストポートのトイレとゴミ箱を研究。

今日はヒッチハイクをしてウェストポートまで行ってきましたが、せっかく町に出たので、フラフラ歩いていました。
そこで出会った面白いものは、トイレとゴミ箱。

いろんな種類のゴミ箱を探して歩き回りました。
すると、なんと5種類！ ものトイレが見つかりました。
同じ種類のは街中に何個か重複してあるんですけどね〜。
しかしまあ、見ている方は面白いですけど、ゴミ箱の種類が多いのは。
しかし効率の面からは、あんまり良くないんじゃないかな？
あ、ゴミ箱は一度に発注するものじゃないから、こんなに種類が増えてしまうのかな。
以前に発注したのと同じゴミ箱はもう品切れ、みたいな。

そしてトイレは3種類見つけました！
中も見ました。
もちろん男子トイレだけですよ。ｗｗ

最初見た看板には、「左に150メートルでトイレ」とありましたが、僕は既に30メートルほどまっすぐ行ったところに別のトイレがあることを知っていました。
なのでそちらをまず調査。
すると、そのトイレの中には「このトイレは封鎖されました」とある。。
道理で封鎖されたトイレの中のパイプから思いっきり水漏れして噴出しているはずだあ〜〜〜（＠＠）

そこで150メートル行ったところにあるトイレを撮影。
たしかに新しいだけあってキレイ。
内側を撮影するのは忘れました。。

そしてそこからさらに同じ方向に歩き続けてから表通りに出ると、また別のトイレがあります。
やっぱり国が違えば便器の形も違うんですね〜〜〜

I study a restroom and a trash box of Westport.

I hitchhiked and went to Westport, but walked unsteadily today because I appeared in the town with much effort.
Therefore the interesting thing which I came across is a restroom and a trash box.

I walked about in search of the trash box of various kinds.
Then it is five kinds how! A thing restroom was found.
Though is repeated how many it is in the downtown, a thing of the same kind lies down; ...
しかしまあ, a looking person having many kinds of the trash box though they are interesting.
However, from an aspect of the efficiency, be too good?
Oh, do kinds increase so much because a trash box is not a thing to place an order for at a time?
The trash box same as what placed an order before wants to already watch absence of goods.

And I found three kinds of restrooms!
I looked at the inside.
Of course it is only a men's bathroom. ww

"Was 150 meters in the left, and, to the signboard which watched, there was it with a restroom", but I already performed straight approximately 30 meters first; is different; knew that there was a restroom.
So at first I investigate that.
Then there is it when "this restroom was blockaded" in the restroom. .
That explains why leak water from a pipe in a blockaded restroom with all one's might, and break out; しているはずだあ ... - ...（＠＠）

Therefore I photograph the restroom where 150 meters went to.
I am surely beautiful as I am new.
I forgot to photograph the inside. .

And there is again another restroom when I appear in the street after continuing walking in the same course from there.
After all if countries are different, the form of the toilet stool is different; sleep; ... - ...


. . . I'm sorry I showed a messy thing to a person at table. _(−−)_

隣町のウェストポートで朝食を

今日はウェストポートに行って、朝食を取ったりお買い物をしたりしました。
町を歩いたり。

コーヒーとベーグルの写真は、カフェ「Freckle's」にて。

不動産屋の写真とチラシも撮ってみました。
今朝ヒッチハイクして乗せてもらった人が、この店で働いているからなんですよ〜〜〜〜＾＾

あと、銀行で円の相場を見たんだけど、僕がChristchurch空港の銀行でドルに換えたよりも、10パーセントぐらい割が良いような気がするんですが。。。＾＾；



I went to Westport and I took the breakfast and did shopping today.
I walk the town.

Oh, around 10% percent feels like being good than I exchanged it with the dollar in the bank of Christchurch Airport though I watched a market of the yen in a bank, but. . . ^^;
