　久々です(笑)。
　第３０回目はお得意のポリスです(笑)。

　この曲は代表曲『見つめていたい』の姉妹曲的な位置づけで、
　シングルカットされ、スマッシュヒット(英７位・米翌８位)もしました。

　『見つめていたい』みたいに王道的なコード進行。
　という訳ではありません〜しかもキーはマイナーです〜が、
　この頃独特の(所謂インテリチックな)スティング節が効いてる佳曲です。
　
　火を燈した蝋燭を無数に並べた所(スタジオ)で歌うビデオクリップも中々印象的でした。

キターーー！！新月得意のｗポリスっすね！？このビデオクリップは、か〜んなり好きでした。もの凄いシンプルで金掛かってなさそうだったけどｗｗいかにもスティング！！て感じの曲ですよねぇ。

確かに金かかってないでしょうね(笑)。序でに撮影時間もそう長くはなかったでしょうね★

ポップでもないこんな曲がヒットするあたり、英米の音楽ファンの質の高さを感じました。 この曲が流行った頃は、日本ではアイドル全盛でしたからね．．．。 マイナー調のこの曲、個人的にはイマイチ好みじゃないんですが（苦笑）。

質の高さは未だに日本より高いと思います(笑)。マイナー調の曲は結構クセになったりして何気に好きなんです(苦笑)。

大好きなアルバムですが、これがシングルカットされたのは意外？でした。ミスグラデンゴの方がキャッチーだったのに・・短すぎだけど（笑）
