David Copperfield’s Spicy Penne
with Fontina Cheese
1 pound penne
1/4cup olive oil
1 1/2cupsfrozen and thawed peas(1/2cup less than a 10-ounce package)
2small yellow onions ,cut into julienne strips
1cup chopped basil leaves
1/4cup dry white wine
Juice of lemon
1/2teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
8ounces fontina cheese,grated salt(optional)
Fresh parmesan cheese for grateing at the table
