【第三者連帯保証人は原則廃止・・・金融庁】　
The cosigner institution　was made principle abolition. ・・・The Financial Services Agency
７月１５日より、「金融検査マニュアル」の改正版にて適用されます。
It is applied in the revision version of "Financial Inspection Manual",Beginning on July 15.
改正の主内容は以下の通り。
A main content of the revision is the following.
・第三者連帯保証人の原則廃止とする
The cosigner institution　was made principle abolition.
・保証人からの弁済は履行能力に応じた合理的な負担方法とする
Payment is assumed to be a reasonable load method.

待ちに待った、改革が始まりました。
The reform started.It looked forward eagerly.
さて、より実行を確実なものにするため、次は立法府に期待です。
Well,We expect it of the legislature to execute it certainly.
