台湾国際放送、電子クリスマスカード

台湾国際放送英語課と日本語課からの年賀のグリーティングカードに続き、
同局独語課からは電子クリスマスカードが送られてきた。
英語課と日本語課からの年賀状は、台湾における来年の干支 「ブタ」 を
デザインしたものだったが、独語課のリスナーはヨーロッパに多いと思われ、
そのことを配慮して、クリスマスカードを送ったものと推察される。

ＤＷ、新年メッセージ

独 Deutsche Welle （ＤＷ） から、電子メールで新年メッセージが送られてきた。
このような形でメッセージが送られてきたのは、昨年に続き、２回目である。
メッセージの冒頭で、同局は今年５月に放送開始６５周年を祝ったことを紹介
している。
文面は次のとおり。
Dear friends of Deutsche Welle,
A year of challenges and changes is now history. Deutsche Welle celebrated
its 65th anniversary in May – and we were thrilled to hear from so many friends
and fans from around the world.
We were also excited to see that the number of weekly content users continued
to grow this year.
Around the world, media and press freedom is being challenged, with censorship
and regulations gaining steam – and while some DW employees and programming
has also been affected by these developments, we will continue to fight for our values.

Your service team wishes you a Happy New Year
We want to thank you for ensuring that our content is being consumed in such large
numbers around the globe.
Many of you took the time to write to us and your suggestions and constructive
criticism always help us to improve our programming.

チェックしたところ、この日のトップニュースは、「国境なき記者団」 が、今年は世界中で
８０人のジャーナリストが殺され、３４８人が刑務所に収容され、６０人が人質にされたと
発表したことを伝えるものだった。

台湾国際放送英語課に続き、日本語課からも、新年のグリーティングカードが
送られてきた。
台湾では、来年の干支の可愛いブタさんが描かれているが、先に英語課から
送られてきた絵柄とは若干異なったものとなっている。

台湾国際放送英語課から、新年のグリーティングカードが送られてきた。
来年の干支は、日本では 「亥」（イノシシ） であるが、台湾では 「豚」 の
ようで、"YEAR OF THE PIG" とある。
ランタンの下で、ほっぺをピンクに染めたブタちゃんの絵が可愛い。

ＫＢＳ、２０１９年カレンダー

ＫＢＳ日本語班から２０１９年カレンダーが送られてきた。１８ × ２５ ｃｍ の卓上型である。
テーマは "DMZ ー ANOTHER CHANCE FOR PEACE"、意訳すれば 「非武装地帯、平和へ　もう一つの試み」
とでもなろうか。ＤＭＺ（非武装地帯）の動物や植物を、表紙を含む１３枚の写真で紹介している。韓国の環境
保護団体 DMZ Ecology Research Institute の Kim Seung Ho さんと Park Jong woo さんが撮影した。
同団体は各国の環境保護団体と手を組んで、DMZに存在する特殊な生態系について、１５年間にわたって調査
研究を行なってきているという。

カレンダーの解説文が英語表記となっていることから，ＫＢＳ日本語放送では，毎月最初に放送される
「玄海灘に立つ虹」 の中で，その月のカレンダーに載っている写真について，詳しく解説している。
