3/4c plus 2TS sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1TS cornstarch
1/2 c water
1TS. lemon juice
1c. Blueberries
2c. Sliced peaches, I use 6 or 7 peaches which makes more than 2cups.
1c. all purpose flour
11/2 ts baking powder
1. Egg
1/2 ts. Salt
1/2c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 ts. Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine 1/4cup sugar, brown sugar and cornstarch in a sauce pan, add water.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and fruits.
Pour into a lightly greased 8 or 9 inch square baking dish.
Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and butter, beat until smooth, and spoon over fruits.
Combine 2TS sugar and nutmeg, sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 375F for 40 minutes or until golden.
6-8 servings.
This one doesn't have blueberries.

This is the recipe we liked a lot last night. I'd better keep the recipe here so that I won't loose it. Ingredients
Heat a grill to medium. Using a mortar and pestle, crush garlic cloves, peppercorns, coriander, lemongrass, and Thai chiles into a chucky paste. Using a large spoon, transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl. Add the chicken and the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Put the chicken on the grill, skin side down, and brush with the marinade. Grill for about 15 minutes then flip the chicken over and brush with the marinade. Grill the second side for about 15 minutes. Discard the marinade. When the chicken is cooked and tender transfer it to a serving platter and serve with warm dipping sauce. Dipping Sauce:
