年がわかっちゃいますが、私が小学校に入学した時、学校の建物は、まったくの木造のmakeshiftな校舎でした。又アメリカ軍が小学校の近くの発電所に落としたはずの無数の爆弾や焼夷弾が外れて小学校の校庭に山積みになっていた記憶がこの年になっても鮮明に残ってます。戦争はもう二度と嫌です！

and thanks for taking the time to watch the video,
which I happened to come across the other day
and thought was kind of interesting. ^^

I appreciate your sharing your war-time experience, Daisan.
Certainly I find that the video's interpretation
of the wars is sort of rather, uh, simplified a lot,
like world affairs are much like video games.

The video is easy to follow
but I can see that the reality was much more uncertain,
complicated and nerve-wrecking
for the people who actually went through them all,
especially when it comes to wars.
