If it true, i will ask stations from Russia's far east, to keep this frequency clear from russian taxi dispatchers.

YS387さん provide me additional info and frequences. All the frequences are announced in russian radio bullet-in to keep it free. I hope soon it will be better.

27.524MHz is the urgent call frequency that only the ship uses.
