ロベルトさん、Term-paper頑張ってください！withとthroughですが、今回の場合、文の骨格は"I am done"で、halfwayは副詞的に使われているので、withだと思います！ でも、実際の会話では、迷った時は「前置詞なし！」が一番ですよねーー（笑）
