意識の進歩のために

人間は、何故過ちを犯すのでしょうか？

 

それは、その過ちによって、意識を進歩させるためです。知能、身体能力、性格は、残念ながら遺伝（カルマ）によって、その限界はほぼ確定しています。

 

しかし、失敗をすることにより、結果として意識を進歩させる可能性を持ちます。そして無限の進歩の可能性を有します。

個人的と、集合的のどちらも、意識の進歩は、選択によって漸進的（だんだんだんと進む）であるという理由で、過去は、現在に比べると見劣りするように見えます。教訓は、連続的展開を超え経験を重ねてのみ、学ぶ事が出来ます。ゆえに、仮説に基づき知ることが出来たものは、たいていもっと沢山あります。人間は、50才で次第に増えた情報を、25才の時点で、実際に知ることは出来ません。誰もが、「もし、これを知っていたならば、それは違った方法を選択できただろう」と思います。従って、すべての与えられた瞬間に、謙虚に、限界があるように見えるでしょう。現在あるものは、過去にはなかったものです。誤りは、人間の条件そのものの運命である本質的な学びの課程に存在しています。知性は、限界があるという自覚によって、生きてゆく上で、推測（根拠のある推測）を代用することによって補われ、その上で、ソクラテスの格言にあるように、選択と決断は、外見上、最善の選択によって基づき行われています。

Because the evolution of consciousness,both individually and collectively, is progressive, the past, by selection, appearsto compare unfavorably with the present. Lesson can be learned only by theunfolding of experience over a time continuum; thus, there is always more thathypothetically could be known. In reality, one cannot know at age twenty-fivethe information that is accrued by age fifty. Everyone thinks, “If I had onlyknown that, I would have done it differently.” Thus, with humility, it can beseen that every given moment includes limitation. What we were is not what weare now. Mistakes are intrinsic to the learning process, which in the fate ofthe human condition itself. Because the mind’s awareness in limited, itcompensates by substituting presumptions (an educated guess) and therefore,operationally, choices and decisions are based the seemingly best option, asstated by Socrates’ dictum.

支配という搾取の立場を脱するには・・・

「人は、失敗しても生き残る事ができる不思議な存在・・・・。」

 

しかし、その“真実”を逆手にとって、人々を支配し、搾取し、自分達の満足のために、市民達が繰り返し犠牲になってきたのが、人類の歴史です。

 

私達は、人間という存在の“真実”を正しく知ることによってのみ、その犠牲者の立場を脱する事が出来るようになります。

 

ゆえに、“真実”をしっかり見つめ、理解する事は、人類の平安にとって最重要事項です。

自我の駆け引きと憎しみ（4）

仮説を象徴する‘・・・せねばならない’という言葉には、誤りがあります。仮説は決して現実性をもたず、そして実際に非現実的な考えを理想化するものです。ゆえに、仮説は、空想を表現したものです。

 

個人の過去の歴史は、その時点において、その人の限界のある知覚と、感情に左右される精神状態を抱え、与えられた状況の下で、実際に行われた最善のものです。誤りは、現実的な謙虚さを、前向きに持続させてくれる効果を持つ事ができます。自我は、しばしば間違った方向を示す不完全な羅針盤です。人間は、その限界の程度を認識すると、間違いをしてしまっても、なお誰でも十分に生き延びる事が出来る不思議な存在です。

 

文明の歴史に関する研究は、個別の文明のみならず、多くの文明も、また人間の真実と嘘の識別できない影響から、衰え、滅びました。全ての国の、そして市民の時代でさえ、何百万人もの人々が、繰り返し非統合的な指導者達を見分けられないという失敗を犯し、偽りの信念、幻、思い違いによって打ちのめされます。ゆえに、マッケイの有名なExtraordinary PopularDelusions and the Madness of Crowdsは1841年よりコンスタントに版を重ねています。

There is error in the word ‘should,’ whichrepresents the hypothetical. The hypothetical is never reality and is actuallyan idealized abstraction. The hypothetical therefore represents a fantasy.

 

Personal past history represents the bestthat one could actually do then under given circumstances, which include one’sperceptions and emotional mental states at the time. Mistakes can have apositive effect because they serve the maintenance of a realistic humility. Theego is a defective compass that often gives wrong directions. When oneconsiders the degree of its limitations, it is a wonder that anyone surviveslong enough to even make mistakes.

 

A study of the history of civilizationquickly reveals that not only individuals that also great multitudes havefallen and died as a consequence of the human minds inability to discern truthfrom falsehood. Millions of people, whole countries, and even generations ofcitizens are repeatedly devastated by false beliefs, illusions, delusions, andthe failure to recognize nonintegrous leaders. Thus, Mackay’s famous Extraordinary Popular Delusions and theMadness of Crowds has been in constant print since 1841.

政治における成功と失敗

“真実”を誠実に実行するならば、駆け引き（政治）など不要です。しかし、自らの利益を隠し、他者から、その利益を奪い取る政治は、うわべを取り繕う“嘘”を必要とします。

 

その結果、様々な“嘘”によって、必ず失敗します。しかし、その“嘘”を隠すための犯人を探し出し、罰することで、人々を満足させます。

 

この事は、“真実”を実行する政治には、失敗も罰する対象者もいないことを示しています。

自我の駆け引きと憎しみ（3）

駆け引き（政治）に大変熱心な自我は、社会の中にそのコピーを持っています。個人はある役割を演じる一方で、不幸な出来事は、本質的に間違いである駆け引きの報いとして、社会の流れの中に潜んでいる失敗そのものに、しばしば姿を現すものです。罪の意識の原因を罰する事で、一般の人々を満足させる一方、外に原因はないにもかかわらず、解決策は、たいてい社会のプロセスの裏側を検討し、発見可能だと世間を騙します。

 

ある不幸な判断から生じた罪の意識は、良い行い（‘元へ戻す’作用）による報酬と同じように、償いの工夫、告解（告白）、そして道徳的献身により克服されます。謙虚さは、プライドから生じる罪の意識、例えば、「私は、間違いをしなければならなかった」という運命を認める事により、回復への助けとなります。

Analogously, the politics of the ego havetheir counterpart in society, which is very preoccupied with blame. Whileindividuals do play a part, unfortunate events will often represent a failureof the underlying social process itself due to policies that are innatelyfallacious. While punishing the guilty culprits satisfies the public, itusually shortchanges society because the resolution is discovered by examiningthe underlying process itself.

 

Guilt that stems from some past poorjudgment is overcome by the devices of reparation, confession, and moralrededication as well as by compensation from good works (the process of ‘undoing’).Humility helps recovery with the admission that a portion of the guilt stemsfrom pride, e.g., “I shouldn’t have made that mistake.”

“真実”は、対立の中ではなく、統一性の中に存在する

マルクスの誤りは、人間をネガティブな視点のみ増大させるものと捉えたことです。

 

よって、スターリン、毛沢東、ポル・ポト、そしてキューバ革命を歴史的に振り返っても明らかなように、異なる意見を排除し、他者の命を奪うといった勝手な論理を生み出しました。

 

“真実”は、対立ではなく、統一性の中にあります。

自我の駆け引きと憎しみ（1）

二元論的構造の自我は、悪事を行う人々、または犠牲者の視点から、全てのものを見る傾向（古典的な相対主義のカール・マルクスの誤り）そのものを、広げてゆきます。独断的な立場のおかげで、出来事を対極に分裂させ、そして罪の意識を心の中へと向け、憎しみと憂鬱を外部へ投影し、その影響によって非難します。したがって、自我は、白黒付けたがり、そしてそれとは知らずに自分自身を犠牲者にします。もし、憎しみを投影させた大きなエネルギーを加え、積み重ねられたならば、後ろめたさを押さ込むでしょう。後の章で議論されているように、これは、自我を映し出したものから、恐怖のレベルに戻る事を無意識に期待し、また助長します。

 

そのたくらみにもかかわらず、自我は、内側と外側のどちらにも転じ、その攻撃の影から逃れられません。生来的に自我の姿勢の誤りは、本当のやましさや、憎しみを感じる実際の人物は存在せず、唯一自我そのものだけ存在しています。真実は、嘘に影響されないため、本物の偉大なる自己（真我、アートマン/ハイヤーセルフ）は、ありのままの姿で存在していま。ゆえに、やましいさや、憎しみのゲームは、異なった声色で、忠誠心を味方に引き入れ、支配したがる組織や駆け引きを操る事が出来ます。

The dualistically structured ego propagatesitself by a positionality that tends to see everything in turns 

of perpetrator/victim(the classic relativistic Karl Marx error). By virtue of an arbitrary,positionality, it 

spirits events into opposites, and the consequent blame that occursmay be directed inwardly as guilt or 

projected out outwardly as hate andparanoia. Thus, the ego is judgmental and unwittingly becomes its 

own victim. If it hates, it feels unconsciously guilty for violating truth and may repressthe accumulated 

guilt, which adds more energy to the projected hatred. As willbe discussed in a later chapter, this also 

contributes to the level of fear,for what the ego projects out, in unconsciously expects to return.

 

Despite its devices, the ego cannot escapeconsequences, whether it turns the attack within or without. 

The inherentfallacy of ego position is that it is not actually the real person who feelsguilt or hate, but 

only ego itself. The real Self is unaffected because truthis immune to falsity. Thus, the hate/guilt game 

is operationally just internalpolitics in which different voices seek to dominate and win over one’s 

allegiance.

真実を知ることが“幸せ”の第一歩

意識は、肉体的な死とは無関係に存在し続けます。

また、全ての原子分子が、瞬時に全ての情報を共有している為、

自他の区別は、幻想という事です。

 

よって、人殺しや自殺が如何に無意味であり、いじめや、

誹謗中傷は、結局は自分を責めているのとなんら変わりありません。

 

この“真実”が、全人類の共通の教養となれば、全ての苦悩や苦痛は、

自らが作り上げている自作自演の幻影であると分かるでしょう。

自我の支配メカニズムを理解する（6）

大衆は、しばしば罪を犯した勢力が罰せられないことに関心を示します。誰もが、そのようなことは可能ではない現実について見慣れています。それぞれの人は、宇宙に責任があり、まさに宇宙そのものの力学による神聖な裁き次第です。各々の魂は、海上のコルクのように自分自身のブイのレベルで浮いていて、海による気ままな行いによるものではありません。誰も自分自身の手で落ちることはありません。突発的に生じたと思える出来事さえ、単に知覚によるものです。宇宙には、突発的出来事はなく、それらは可能性さえありません。その実際に意味するものとは、線形の自我では、予測できないもの、認識できないものであり、その原因と結果に関するニュートン的枠組みの限界です。（450レベルで計測）。

 

The public often express concern that guiltymight go unpunished. Anyone familiar with the reality no such thing ispossible. Everyone is accountable to the universe and is subject to DivineJustice by the very dynamics of the universe itself like cork in the sea, eachsoul floats to the level of its own buoyancy, which is not due to somearbitrary act by the sea. There is no hand on the tiller one’s own, which isthe total freedom accord to life by God. No man falls but by his own hand. Eventhe supposed ‘accidental’ occurrence is merely a perception. There are noaccidents in the universe, nor are they even a possibility. What it reallymeans is that they are unpredictable or incomprehensive to the liner ego andits limitation to the Newtonian paradigm of cause and effect (cal. Level 450).
