Diet to reduce the weight, and to get thinner is necessary if I feel that it has a slight obesity.

I get out of shape because of the diet, and dieting and exercise are not continued if they do not go on diet that it is good for health.

Primarily it is to let health and diet establish both.

I spoil physical condition only by reducing quantity of meal.

If the body can make up for the nourishment which a body only needs precisely, I can balance health with diet.
