日本国の対韓十か条の要求その10−国際社会における汚職・買収戦略の放棄：The Ten Demands to South Korea Part10

　本日で、対韓十か条の要求シリーズは最後となります。実のところ、他にも韓国への要求はあるのですが、今回は、優先順位の高い項目を選んで挙げました。今回のシリーズの最後の対韓要求は、国際社会における汚職・買収戦略の放棄です。

邦文：国際社会における汚職・買収戦略の放棄

　公正な国際社会を実現するために、もう一つ、韓国に要求すべきこと、それは、買収と汚職を止めることです。韓国の歴代の大統領とその親族の中には、汚職で逮捕される者も少なくなく、国際社会においても、韓国の賄賂・汚職容認文化の浸透が見られます。近年、国際機関の重要ポストに就任する韓国人の数が増えた理由は、国を挙げた積極的な買収戦略にあるのです。しかも、国際的地位を得た韓国人の多くは、就任した途端に、韓国、並びに、韓国企業への利益誘導のために働き始めます。公権力は私物化され、公平・中立であるはずの国際機関に機能不全をもたらしているのです。買収戦略は国際機関のみならずオリンピックやワールドカップといった国際スポーツ大会にも散見され、しばしば露骨な審判買収が物議をかもしています。組織を腐敗させる汚職や買収を止めるように韓国に要求することは、フェアで健全な国際社会を実現するための必要不可欠なタスクなのです。

　以上の対韓要求十か条が、日本国、アジア、並びに、国際社会のより良き未来に資することを心より願っております。

English: Abolishment of bribery and corruption in the international society

It is really remarkable that quite a few Presidents of South Korea and their relatives have been arrested on suspicion of corruption. In addition to the above mentioned undesirable behaviors of Koreans, it should be pointed out that the Korean culture of bribery-free has been rotting international institutions and systems gradually. The recent increase in number of Koreans who were assigned for important posts of international organizations results from their strategic bribery.

To our regret, no sooner had they obtained public posts than they began executing their competences for seeking interests of both South Korea and private Korean Companies. In consequence, these international organizations fall into malfunction. Koreans strategic bribery has often been observed not only in personal affairs in international organizations but also in international sport events, such as the Olympic Games and the World Cup, on which they have been deeply suspected of wining referees over with money.

We firmly believe that to dissuade South Korea from bribing and corrupting strategically is an indispensable task for all of nations to achieve and establish fair and rightful international society.

It is our sincere wish that The Ten Demands of Japan to South Korea will be helpful to the better future of Japan, Asia, and International society.
