この映画は50代、60代の方がたは多分知らない人がいないのではと・・・

ふと思い出した布施明さんの前奥さんオリビアハッセーさんとレナードフォワイテイングさんの

美しい映像・・映画館で涙した思い出があります。帝国劇場で蜷川幸雄さん演出で、本田博太郎さん

が新人で舞台デビューした時も感動をした思い出もあります。　ｂｙ　ｙｕｓａｎ

　弾き語りのようなピアノから始まるこの曲は、洗練された都会的なセンスの光るソフト&メロウのお手本のようなナンバーです。
　バックの演奏はもちろん、メロディ・ラインもしっかりしているし、好きな曲の１つなのです。適度にリラックスした感じが心地よくて、昼下がりのドライブにぴったりの爽やかな風を感じさせてくれるボズの作品です。

偉大なるアーティストまた逝くW・ヒューストン

Whitney Houston - I Will Always Love You

 

　昨夜グラミー賞授賞式参可のため会場入りするためにホテルに前乗りしていたＷヒューストンさんがなくなりました。歌手としてまた俳優としても才能があり・・結婚後いろいろあったようですが、これから新たなスタートを切るっていう矢先に残念です。それにしても・・アメリカという国は自由な国かもしれませんが薬物の使用について・・よほどの知識と管理能力がないと・・危険な国だなーって思います。

　ドラッグ＆銃の使用については国である程度基準が必要ではないかと・・・でないと管理できない子供や犯罪者たちの悪用の温床になりかねない気がして・・。

　彼女の場合やジョンレノン・マービン・ゲイ・マイケル・ジャクソンなど事件になったものを数えても銃やドラッグによる不幸な事故事件が沢山あります。

　今はただ彼女のご冥福をお祈りします。

原曲では、｢Slow dancer give me answer｣と｢Slow dancer holds the answer｣の２つの歌詞が歌われるが、このライブはすべて｢Slow dancer holds the answer｣となっている。

意味は｢スロー・ダンサー　君が答えを持っている＝　君次第　君が教えてくれた｣

突っ込まれる前に、三単現がおかしい。直訳するとが｢スロー・ダンサーが答えを持っている｣となる。

意訳は言語から少し離れていくし

遅いダンサー愛しい夢想家＝乱れる事ない艶やかな人

このSlow dancerは灯りを＝希望をくれた人って言う意味で訳しました。

文章に忠実な訳は歌にならないし・・・
