It's a mistake not to include maturity of ability and character in what one call"result."

成果（結果）のなかに｛能力や「人格的成長｝を含めないのは、間違いである。

成長＝growth  < maturity ......・・・・成熟これは人格（character)や能力(ability)が成長してこそのもの！

 

こんな例も

 

Rumiko　is  so mature for her age.

 It's nice to see such maturity in a young girl of 15.

She really an adult.

 

ルミ子は年齢の割に大人びてるし、若干１５歳でまるで大人だよ。

 

A good wine can take a long time to mature.

 

いいワインは長い期間の熟成がいる。　

 

 

matureするのは人だけでなくワインやチーズなどもありますね。

形容詞mautureは　「成熟した」「しっかりした」などの意味があり、熟女などの表現にも使われます。

心の目・・・発見する「Discover」

 

One sees clearly only with the heart.

Anything essential is invisible to the eyes.


心で見なくちゃ、ものごとはよく見えないってことさ。

かんじんなことは、目に見えないんだよ

 

見えないもののなかから何を感じ取るかが
大事なんですね。一人大きくなったみたいに思うけど
いろんな人や物に世話になってる・・包丁１つ・・
絵筆1本・・職人がどんな思いで作ったのか。
発見することdiscoverは見えないものからそういった真実をカバーを
はぎ取る作業ですね。対話と異化はそんなものを
新たに見つける作業だとも言えますね。

If you are able to visit Japan at this time of year, you will see many Japanese people enjoying “Hanami”, or viewing the cherry blossoms.

  The Japanese are a nation of cherry blossom lovers, and even with the background of the recent earthquake and tsunami disaster, this tradition is not lost.

This is the real flower of the Japanese spirit.

英語ができないのは本当に語学力のせい？

◆ 英語ができないのは本当に語学力のせい？

ちょっとここで、私たちの毎日のさまざまな場面を思い出してみてください。

日本人同士なのに、初めての人とは目を合わせなかったり、
理由がないと話さなかったりしていませんか？

言葉が通じる相手とだってうまくコミュニケーションが取れないわけです。

それを英語で行うとなるとなおさら難しいことだと思います。
僕も人見知りだったし・・。

英語を話す以前に、日本人同士でさえ
上手く話しができなかったりするわけです。

ですが、コミュニケーションの仕方を学ぶようになってからは

徐々に人見知りも克服でき、英語に自信がなくても
心から相手との会話を楽しめるようになりました。

 

それは対話する心

相手と繋がりたいと思う心なんじゃないかなーー

対話では、言語だけでなく向き合っての表情や身振り手振り（ボデイランゲージ）や声のトーン、それに、以前書いたスマイル（笑顔）で相手との距離も縮まっていくものなんですね。

 

人と人をつなげる対話は物事を進めていく原点です。

Dialogue ＝The talk to connect a person and a person with are the origins pushing forward things.

 

あなたが微笑めば、世界も微笑む。
When you smile, the world smiles with you.

Unique festivals はだか祭

 Japan is known around the world for its exciting anad unique festivals. 

One example is hadaka maturi or "naked festivals" , which take place throuhout Japan.

 The male participants useally wear only a loincloth anad pile up upon each other.

 

稲沢国府宮のはだか祭

 

日本は、面白い祭りが多いことで世界でも有名です。その一例ですが・・

日本全土で行われてる「はだか祭」です。男性参加者が、ふんどし一丁で

折り重なるようにひしめき合う（練り合う）祭りです。

 

　The festival of the Owase Shinto shrine which follows for 300 years featuring energetic intensity to be said to be naked festival "of the" quarrel. I have now, and men are naked, and, in the naked　 festival that there is a number, it is known even to run around 　in the town.

 

尾鷲ヤーヤ祭り

尾鷲神社の祭礼である「ヤーヤ祭り」は３００年続く　“喧嘩の裸祭り”といわれるエネルギッシュな激しさが魅力。数ある裸祭りの中でも、今もって男たちが素っ裸で町を走り回る事？でも知られている。（こおうりかき）＝２月の海に

全裸で飛び込み祭りの成功を祈る。
