児童養護：気が付けば一年経過 Foster home: A year already

学習支援活動を始めてから、気が付けば1年間が経過していた。

担当児童の成績は若干良くなってきたとは言え、

特に良くなったというほどでもないので、

自分の指導力が問題だと言われたら反論のしようがない。(-_-;)

 

1年間の成果と言えるのは、不登校状態から復学できたこと、

勉強をあきらめずに続けていること、

実社会の事を少し伝えられたかな、という程度のことだ。

 

指導力の無さが児童にも負の影響を与えてしまっているようで、

申し訳ない気持ちにばかりなってしまう。

今後はもっと自分に緊張感をもたなくちゃな。

One year had gone after I startedsupporting for the boy to study.

The achievement of the boy was improvedvery little only.

I cannot say it is improved.

That means my capability for teaching hadbeen really very limited.

 

Output of the activity of a year was,

The boy goes to the school every day afterthe long vacation,

He is continuing studying without givingup,

We could share the information about thesociety, etc.

 

I am feeling bad in my mind to the boy becauseof very limited capability for teaching.

Maybe, I have to keep much more tension inmy mind.
