第１０回健診活動終了

出発直前には現地側から日程調整が難しいとの連絡があったり、

現地到着時には停電で部屋の中は真っ暗、水も出ない状態だったりと、

途上国ならではの予想不能な状態でしたが、

何とか第１０回健診活動を終了し、全員無事に帰国することができました。

今回もまた現地の方々や日本側関係者にも多大な尽力をいただき、ただただ感謝です。
ラジオ体操の紹介は、受診者の皆様も笑顔で楽しくやっていただいたので、こちらも楽しい気分になりました。

ラオス第10回健診活動出発直前

数多くの皆様のご協力のおかげで、第10回健診活動にこぎつけましたので、

まずはご協力いただいた皆様へ感謝申し上げます。

出発予定日：平成29年8月13日（日）

帰国予定日：平成29年8月19日（土）

日本人参加者数：全16名

活動場所：ビエンチャン市近郊村落地域

今後とも何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。

170401NGO活動：第９回健診活動終了 NGO Activity: 9th health checkup implemented

3月26日〜3月31日にかけて第9回健診活動を行いました。

今回は何度も日程変更があって振り回されましたが、

結果的には課題をクリアすることができました。

 

The 9^th health checkup wascompleted during 26^th March to 31^st March.

We could have completed finally even thoughthere were many changes of the schedule.

NGO活動：年度報告書の提出 NGO Activity: Annual report

NPO法人の活動というと、現地での活動に目がいきがちだけど、

実際には普通の会社と同様に複数の官庁に様々な書類を提出することが義務付けられている。

年度報告書もその一つだ。

 

5月にはラオフェスティバルへの出店、

6月中旬にはJICA草の根支援への応募に続き

6月末にはこの事業報告書の提出を提出してやっと一段落した。

 

事業報告書は団体が登記している県への提出、

それから県税事務所、市役所への提出も必要となる。

税金については減免申請を事前にこれらの省庁へ届け出ることも必要だ。

 

これでやっと自分の生活のことも少し考えられるな。

NGO activity in the domestic doesn’t havemuch attention as in the field activity.

However, NPO (Non Profitable Organization)has duty to submit many kinds of document to the local government office aswell as ordinary company.

Annual report is one of the important documentsto the local government.

 

We had the activity in Lao festival on theend of May.

Then we had submitted Application to JICAgrass route support on the middle of June.

Additionally, the Annual report had beensubmitted on the end of June.

 

Annual report should be submitted to thelocal government, tax department, municipality as well.

Also, application for reducing tax shouldbe submitted in advance.

 

Now I can consider about life of myself.

8月現地活動の延期 Postpone the activity in August

8月に予定しておりました現地での健診活動は、

諸事情が整わないため無期延期します。

次回実施時期は本年12月または来年3月になる見込みです。
