検診活動の実施前日、カウンターパートの保健省CIEHとの協議を行う。 また検診に使用する備品や消耗品類の品目と数量と確認した。 午後には医療スタッフを配置するチャンタブリ郡病院にて、 前回及び前々回の検診活動の結果報告、人員配置、使用する記録書式等を協議した。 その後さらに関係者とともに検診活動実施場所の確認、 什器備品の配置確認と不足する物品は村の責任者にも依頼、 何とか実施できそうだ。 続く One day before the implementation of healthcheckup, We had the meeting with CIEH, MOH.
Then we checked the item and q’ty ofnecessary materials. In the afternoon, we had other meeting withthe staff of Chanthabouly district hospital and reported the result of previousactivity, staff allocation, the format of related document, etc. After these meeting, we visited thefacility in the village where we were going to implement health checkup.Confirmation of the location how to set up the desk for examination, requestthe responsible person in the village to prepare additional materials. It might be possible to implement.

活動初日、現地のトップレファレル施設となっている、 セタティラート病院及びミタパブ病院の責任者と活動連携の協議を実施。 非感染症対策が急務になっていることで連携可能という回答をもらい、 さらに医療機材の維持管理についても連携することで合意した。 まずは予定通りの回答をもらえたことでほっと一安心。 続く We visited Sethatirath hospital andMittaphab hospital as the activity of first day of activity. Then we have discussed regarding how tocollaborate each other. Both director of two hospital answered itis possible to collaborate due to the very important subject of NCD (Noncommunicable disease). Besides, we have agreed to collaborateregarding the maintenance of medical equipment. The result of the meeting at first day wassuccessful for us. To be continued.

昨晩成田を出発し、チーム全員でビエンチャンに安着した。 7か月ぶりの街並みに常宿のビエンチャンガーデンホテル、 なぜか乾いた気持ちに水が流れ込んだような気がする。 続く All members of NGO team left Narita andarrived at Vientiane. It has been 7 months to visit here andstaying at Vientiane Garden Hotel. I feel like the water is flowing into driedfeeling. To be continued.

3月26日（土）のラオス向け出発直前となってきた。
今回現地へ行くメンバーは初めての方も含めて１０名だけど、
日本国内でも様々な方達から協力をいただいている。
今後の活動方針や計画等の協議のために遠距離から来ていただいたり、
検診活動に必要な消耗品類、文具等の調達、
ビデオカメラ等の撮影用品の貸し出し等をしてもらっている。
医療分野に関連する大学教員、臨床検査技師、看護師等が参加するが、
その他大学生、児童養護施設から高校生2名といったメンバーだ。
既に現地の状況が分かっているベテランの人達もいれば、
初めて参加するという方もいらっしゃるので、
それぞれに楽しく充実した活動になってほしいと思う。

It is very close to the date of 26th March, departure to Laos.
Total member of the team are 10 persons this time.
However, some other members are supporting us in Japan.
Members were gathered from very far distance for the meeting.
Some persons donated necessary consumable materials for the activity.
Some others rent equipment for the record such as Video and digital camera, etc.
Team members are the University Teacher,Clinical engineer, Nurses.
Additionally, University student, and high school student from foster home.
Half of the team has experience of the activity in Laos, but it is the first time for others.
I wish it would be the effective and happy and fruitful time for everyone.

これまでの活動から積み重なってきた課題への対応やら、 今後の活動計画、資金調達、作業分担、広報活動等について、 役員会議を行いました。 必要な作業をきちんとやろうとすればするほど作業は肥大化するので、 関係者全員での協議や役割分担の取り決めが必要となってきたことや、 過去の活動の反省点の改善やら、大きな課題がいくつもありましたが、 打ち合わせが円滑にできたことで活動も向上していくことと思います。 3月には児童養護施設の高校生2名にも参加してもらって現地での活動を行い、 5月下旬には代々木公園でラオフェスティバルが行われるので、 それにブースを設けるべく検討中です。 Responding the subject to be improved isvery important. Director’s board discussed about planningfor future activity, secure budget, informationfor public, etc. Related work is increasing according to theactivity. Discussion was made very smoothly thoughthere were so many important topics. 2 students from foster home will be takento the activity in Laos on March.
