Natural etude (A blank verse sonnet)

Dreamy melody of birds from an encyclopedia in your room,
Slowly and deliberately
You trace the globe.
Your fingertip motion is a migratory bird.

The sight of you smells sweet like the apple,
and I feel confused.
Unnoticed the two of us walking deep in a forest ,
you are as fruit of the rose unaware.

• 
  
  

The forest is impregnated with the blood and flows out to the sea.
I intend to tell the tale of the sea for a season of the coming age
at a church school tonight.

Easter eggs break to hatch the memories of the universe
to remember
our Earth is a drop of tear.
